Well once you get you characters, Here's what you need to fill out.
Post it in a thread titled with you country's name. If is isn't done right
you'll be asked nicely to fix it if you do not it will removed.

Personality: either type this out paragraph style or list at least ten traits.

Relationships: list every character you interact with and few sentences about those you list.

Bio: this should be long but it doesn't need to be a book
